On 18 February, 2022 Fr. Leo Gopal and Fr. Girish Santiago SJ (Associate Director) also conducted the safeguarding training workshop for the college staff. The staff too were made to read the policy together and share their experiences in a group and in smaller sessions. A healthy approach was taken to listen to the other with active listening and active speaking.

Finally, we, at the college, are happy to have participated in the workshops. We hope to have a healthy and safe environment at our college to grow more as integrated persons with such a safeguarding policy!
