SLC Staff Recollection

St. Luke’s College staff gathered together in front of Queen of Peace Grotto, Hparaw Village, Shadau Parish for personal prayer and reflection on 24^th June 2023.  It was a special occasion for the staff to go to a quiet place with the purpose of recollection of graces received and thanksgiving. (20) staff including our two senior cooks participated in the recollection.

The recollection program started with a spiritual talk by Fr. Dr. Dashi Bernard at 9:30 am. Then an hour of individual silent prayer time was observed. Then Fr. Lawrence and Fr. Dashi Bernard presided over the concluding Eucharistic celebration. After the Eucharistic celebration, we had lunch at 12: 00 a.m. which marked the end of the half-day recollection. We prayed too for our donors, Columban Fathers, who sponsored the staff recollection.
